By using this app or ordering from 29 Grams — The Tandoor Co., you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
We use passwordless sign-in: you enter your phone number and confirm a one-time code sent to you. Keep that code private — anyone with it can access your account.
You're responsible for keeping your phone number's access secure, since it's how we verify it's you.
All prices shown are inclusive of 5% GST. Prices, item availability, and stock are always verified against our live menu when you place an order — a price shown while browsing may occasionally differ from checkout if the menu changed in between, and you'll see the correct, final price before paying.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item just sold out, or we're outside serviceable hours or delivery radius.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank account details — only a payment reference and status.
An order is confirmed only once payment is verified as successful; a payment that fails or is left incomplete does not create a confirmed order.
Estimated preparation and delivery times are honest estimates based on current kitchen load, not guarantees. Delivery is available within our serviceable radius only, checked automatically at checkout.

Clay Coins are a loyalty reward with no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or expired at our discretion (e.g. reversed if a related order is refunded). Voucher codes are subject to the specific terms shown when you apply them (minimum cart value, validity window, usage limits).
Don't use the app to place fraudulent orders, abuse the OTP/rate-limit system, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
29 Grams — The Tandoor Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, beyond what is required by Indian consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that can't legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
